Alhoewel de Event 34 slechts 30 cm langer is dan de eerder door Prout ontwikkelde Quest 33 werkt het schip toch een stuk ruimer en betrouwbaarder op open zee. De "Elixir" heeft een complete uitrusting, recente zeilen en een goed onderhouden motor met in 2007/2008 vervangen Sonic Catdrive. Dankzij de koersdaling van het Pond een "koopje" in euros.

Although the Event 34 is only 30cm longer than the earlier Prout Quest 33 the yacht shows a much roomier accommodation and gives a more reliable feeling on open sea. "Elixir" is well equipped with recent sails, a professionally maintained engine installation with a Sonic Catdrive that was renewed in 2007/2008. Thanks to the devaluation of the Pound a "bargain" in euros!
