De Snowgoose Elite is de opvolger van de Snowgoose 37. Bij praktisch gelijke lengte als haar voorganger is de Elite wat breder en hoger geworden waardoor het woonvolume een stuk groter werd. Dankzij de glijvlakken aan de binnen-achterkanten van de beide rompen zijn de achterhutten ook ruimer geworden met twee echte 2-persoons slaapplaatsen. De "Heolios" wordt sinds 2000 slechts enkele weken per jaar voor vakantie-tochten gebruikt en staat de rest van de tijd op het droge.

The Snowgoose Elite is the successor to the Prout Snowgoose 37. At virtually the same length the Elite is wider and higher, giving a lot more livingroom inside. As a side effect of the boxlike protrusions in the aftcabins that avoid squatting when sailing fast, the aft-bunks became real doubles. Since 2000 the "Heolios" is used only for a shorth month every summer and spends the rest of the year on land.
