De Searunner 25 is een handige, relatief zeewaardige
en goed zeilende trimaran die in Californië ontwikkeld
is door Jim Brown. Het ontwerp biedt demontabele
drijvers, een twijfelaar bij het kombuisje in de achterkajuit
 een 1 pers. kooi voorin, die nu als zeilenbergplaats wordt gebruikt. Het is één van de twee Searunner 25 trimarans
die in Nederland gebouwd zijn en deze boot is enkele
jaren geleden geheel opgeknapt, geschilderd en van een nieuwe uitrusting voorzien, w.o. een 8PK YAMAHA 4takt buitenboord-motor die nog geen 50 uur gedraaid heeft.		 The Searunner 25 is a handy, rather seaworthy and well performing cruising trimaran that was developped in California by the renowned Jim Brown. The design offers demountable floats, a narrow double bunk with small galley in the aftcabin and a single bunk in the forecabin that is presently in use as sails-storage. This is one of two Searunner 25 trimarans that were built in the Netherlands and she was completely restored some years ago, with new equipment, new paint and a practically new 8hp YAMAHA 4 str. outboard that ran less than 50 hours so far.
