Het casco van de "Ventoux" is in Riga gebouwd in PS-epoxysandwich en afgebouwd door L. Steggink in Nederland, speciaal ingericht voor charter- en instructie-reizen op het Wad, de Noordzee en de Oostzee. Het is een sterk en comfortabel schip. In April 2010 is het onderwaterschip grondig schoongemaakt en van nieuwe anti-fouling voorzien. Ventoux was professionally built by Karlis Kalviss in Riga and completed in the Netherlands by L Steggink. She is currently chartering in the Netherlands. Ventoux is very strongly built and is a comfortable, fast sailing cruiser. During April 2010 her underwatership was thoroughly cleaned and antifouled.
