Het zeilen met de F-28 is een ongelooflijk fijne en opwindende ervaring, subliem voorbij de enkele sensatie van snelheid. Het lijkt geen moeite te kosten als de slanke rompen gelijkmatig accelereren, licht en geluidloos door het water. Met een vingertip aan het uitgebalanceerde roer is de boot te controleren bij elke snelheid. Er is een goedgekeurde wegtrailer met een verbeterd rvs remsysteem. In 2004 kocht de huidige eigenaar deze trimaran, met alle mogelijke extra's die de prijslijst van de werf aangaf; de boot is van alles voorzien dat veilig gezins-varen mogelijk maakt. De familie gebruikt haar nu voor tochten in Schotland en met de trailer naar de Engelse zuidkust, met oversteken naar de Kanaaleilanden en Frankrijk. In 2008 werd de Scottish Peaks Race gewonnen. In recente jaren is deze F-28 weinig gebruikt; de reden om haar nu te verkopen.
