Deze goede zeilende villa is nr. 16 van het Australische Lock Crowther's 57 ' Ocean Cruiser ontwerp. De 17m lange comfortabele catamaran werd in opdracht van de eerste eigenaar op de scheepswerf van Bloemsma in Makkum (Friesland) professioneel gebouwd. De rompen zijn uitstekend afgewerkt en zonder gebruik van plamuur geschilderd. Romp en dek in AL MG 4.5 aluminium met 5 cm polyurethaan schuim isolatie. Met 16.95m lengte en 8,60m breedte weegt deze catamaran leeg slechts 12 ton! Het Interieur is volledig geïsoleerd door gespoten PU schuim met een totaal van ongeveer 20m³ volume, waardoor het jacht ruim onzinkbaar is. Rondom staat een 1 m hoge zeerailing, Er kan buiten en binnen gestuurd worden en de complete uitrusting is bedoeld voor lange zeereizen. De eigenaar zeilde de cat sinds de inbedrijfstelling onder alle weersomstandigheden op de Noordzee, de Oostzee, de Atlantische Oceaan en de Middellandse Zee.  Zeegedrag en zeileigenschappen zijn absoluut overtuigend door de gunstige zeiloppervlak - waterverplaatsing verhouding en de elegante en harmonieuze lijnen van dit Lock Crowther-ontwerp. De Duitse eerste eigenaar biedt zijn catamaran te koop aan, omdat hij heeft besloten zich vanwege zijn leeftijd terug te trekken uit de actieve zeevaart. Deze bewezen single-handed Ocean-Cruiser kan worden bezichtigd en direct aan de Noordzee worden overgenomen.

This performance sailing villa is nr 16 of the Australian Lock Crowther 57 ' Ocean Cruiser design. The 17m ocean-cruising cat was commissioned by the German first owner at the Bloemsma shipyard at Makkum (NL), and built professionally. The hulls are very well finished and painted without the use of filler. Hull and deck are in AL MG 4.5 aluminum, insulated with 50mm polyurethane foam. At 16.95m length and 8.60m width the empty weight is only 12t! The interior is completely insulated by spraying polyurethane to a total of about 20m³ volume, making the yacht absolutely unsinkable. The vessel is surrounded by a 1m high railing, there are an outside and an inside steering position and the complete equipment is aimed at long seavoyages. The owner sailed the cat since commissioning in all weather conditions on the Northsea, the Baltic, the Atlantic and the Mediterranean. Sea behavior and sailing characteristics are absolutely convincing due to the low displacement sailarea relation and the elegant and harmonious lines of this Lock Crowther design. The German first owner offers his cat for sale, as he has decided to withdraw from active sea sailing for reasons of age. This well-proven single-handed Ocean-Cruiser can be inspected on land and taken over directly on the North Sea coast.
