FARRIER TRAILERTRI 720 "Volare" # 79241 Bwjr./Launched: 1993

De Trailertri 720 is de aantrekkelijke uitbreiding op basis van de zeer succesvolle en duidelijk bewezen TT 680. De langere waterlijnen brengen meer snelheid en een grotere kajuit door het naar achteren verplaatsen van de kuip. Daarmee wordt de accommodatie veel ruimer, waardoor het verlies van de achterkajuit meer dan goed gemaakt wordt. Zoals bijna alle Trailertris is de "Volare" door de eerste eigenaar in Noorwegen gebouwd en in 2003 naar Nederland gekomen. Gedurende de afgelopen 4 jaar heeft de huidige Nederlandse eigenaar veel slechte delen van de constructie vernieuwd met een goede multiplex, epoxy en glasweefsels. Een van de professioneel in Australië gebouwde polyester dwarsarmen is ook vernieuwd. Midzwaard en roerblad zijn ook nieuw gemaakt van mahonie en bekleed met glas en epoxy. De boot verkeert nu weer in goede en veilige staat met een ongewoon goed ontworpen electrische installatie, een nieuwe buitenboordmotor op een speciale, ophaalbare steun en een gereviseerde wegtrailer met recente remmen, lagers en nieuw verzinkte zijbuizen.

The Trailertri 720 is the great follow-up of the very successful and well proven TT680. The longer waterlines give more speed and allow a bigger cabin, while shifting the cockpit aft. This gives a big increase in cabin room, more than compensating for the loss of the aft-cabin. As nearly all Trailertris "Volare" is home-built, by a Norwegian first owner and imported to the Netherlands in 2003. The past 4 years this Dutch owner spent most of his time with removing many deteriorated parts and renewing large areas of the skins using good quality ply, epoxy and glass. One of the Australien professionally built polyester beams is also renewed. Centreboard and rudderblade were also newly made from mahogany, sheathed with glass and epoxy. The boat is now again in safe and sound condition with an unusually well designed electrical installation, a new outboard on a special lifting bracket and a refurbished roadtrailer with recent brakes, bearings, cables and galvanised wing-defenders.
