Dit  Kenia 152 / VIK 152 ontwerp van Eric Lerouge is professioneel gebouwd in vinylester-composiet door de KSENIA-werf in België, met advies van Eric Lerouge zelf, voor de eerste, huidige Duitse eigenaar. Het ontwerp profiteert van diepe koolstof versterkte steekzwaarden op de middenlijnen voor het beste effect en een koolstofvezel vleugelmast, geplaatst door TUNED rigs & ropes in Nederland met Spectra zeilen en de nieuwste koolstof en kevlar racing fokrollers. De motoren staan onder de achterkooien. Het interieur is afgewerkt door Multimarine Manufacturing Ltd/Dazcat in Cornwall, UK. Dit beroemde Eric Lerouge VIK152 ontwerp heeft een elegante, snelle uitstraling met slanke waterlijnen en lage luchtweerstand, ver verwijderd van de hedendaagse gangbare zeilende villa's. Ontworpen voor ambitieuze zeilers biedt het jacht uitzonderlijke prestaties en zeewaardigheid gecombineerd met een makkelijke bediening en voorbereid voor solo-zeilen. Deze eigenaar-inrichting heeft veel woonruimte voor een echtpaar met kinderen of vrienden en is al uitgerust voor een fijn en zelfvoorzienend verblijf op zee en voor anker in een baai. Het jacht is al een keer rond Europa gezeild naar de Oostelijke Middellandse zee en terug naar de Noordzee. Eenmaal thuis is de catamaran opnieuw uitgerust, zijn de dekken en rompen geschilderd en in 2023 van nieuwe anti-fouling voorzien.  De catamaran is klaar voor een bezichtiging en overdracht in reisklare staat, momenteel afgemeerd in Zuid Holland

This KSENIA 152 / VIK152 Eric Lerouge design was professionally build in Vinylester-Composite at the KSENIA-Yard in Belgium, under Eric Lerouge consultancy, for the first and current German owner. This design benefits from deep carbon daggerboards placed on the centrelines for best efficiency and a carbon fibre wing mast, set by TUNED rigs&ropes NL. Spectra sails and the latest carbon and Kevlar racing furlers. The engines are located under the aftberths. Interior finish was completed at Multimarine Manufacturing Ltd. / Dazcat Cornwall, UK. This famous Eric Lerouge VIK152 design offers elegant and fast lines with slim waterlines and low windage. A most elegant, eye-catching, Lerouge design, way off today's mainstream. Designed for ambitious sailors, offering outstanding performance and seaworthiness combined with easy handling and full single-hand-capability. This owner version layout gives spacious living-quarters for a couple with kids or friends and is already equipped for a comfortable life at sea and at anchor in autarky. The first and present owner-couple sailed round Europe to the eastern Med and back to the North-sea. Back home, they refitted the cat, got hulls and decks painted and Antifouling applied in 2023. The cat is ready to be viewed and handed over in ready to sail anywhere condition, currently afloat in the southern Netherlands.
